An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planner to join a growing consultancy where they can undertake a challenging and varied workload.

The Senior Planner will become an integral member of the team and will be tasked with leading on, and contributing to, projects spanning the residential, commercial and leisure sectors amongst others. Typical responsibilities will include involvement in the preparation, submission and monitoring of planning applications, involvement in appeals, undertaking policy research and engaging with clients.

The ideal Senior Planner will have demonstrable experience within the planning sector with applicants encouraged from both the private and public sectors. With a workload that spans the UK, this is an excellent opportunity for a Planner/Senior Planner looking to step up their responsibilities to handle a challenging and enjoyable workload. Strong communication skills are required as you shall be tasked with interacting with clients, Planning Officers and colleagues on a regular basis and chartered membership of the RTPI is desired.
