Are you a chartered Town Planner? I am representing a well-established SME planning consultancy that undertakes a varied portfolio of work; from co-ordinating large complex developer proposals to small scale house holder applications. Working in conjunction with a top legal firm rated within the legal 500 for over a decade, which has allowed them to secure a lucrative client base and with their legal expertise are consistently ranked by The Planning Magazine as a top planning law firm in the UK. A part of a talented team of RTPI consultants they work with an array of clients such as:
- Large volume housebuilders and developers
- Land Promoters
- Land and property owners
- Household Retailers
- Local Authorities
- Private individuals
Working collaboratively with the wider organisation of real estate services they are equipped to cover all aspects of planning law and the planning process from concept through to completion and work on a variety of urban regeneration projects of all scales. They have the backing and support of a wider organisation but still operate independently as a planning specialist consultancy, services they offer include:
- Design & Access Heritage statements
- Environmental statements
- Land Supply statements
- Local Plans
- Neighbourhood planning
- Planning applications, appeals and enforcement
- Planning appraisals and strategies
- Retail and commercial assessments
The position will be based out of their busy planning office in Nottingham liaising regularly with the wider business to manage projects across the UK.
