An Independent Construction company who are based in Liverpool has a requirement for a Senior Project Manager, coming from a Site-Management background, to join their growing team. They have won regional awards for their commitment in delivering a first-class service to clients within the Transportation, Education, Healthcare & Commercial sectors. They are a close-knit team, working as one in order to deliver complex and challenging schemes for blue-chips clients on-time, on-budget.
About the Role?
The role would be suitable for an individual who is keen on working in a very wide-scoping position, often managing several projects at anyone time. The role will be a mix of office & site based and requires strong communication skills, from writing up reports for the client to dealing with sub-contractor issues onsite. You will need to be comfortable with taking responsibility and being accountable for the decisions you make, often requiring out of the box thinking to minimise commercial risk.
The directors have grown up within the industry, working as apprentices before progressing to become management and they are seeking people with similar backgrounds. If you have worked onsite, either on the tools or a site management position before progressing into a Project Manager, we would love to hear from you.
