Senior Project Manager, Real Estate

An exceptional Project Management consultancy providing a wide and growing range of clients, are seeking experienced Project Managers to join the team in Leeds.

You will be part of a larger team, delivering a large commercial mixed-use development project.

The Role

In order to support the growing workload within the commercial sector we are looking for Senior Project Manages with the appropriate skills to deliver projects.  The role reports to an Associate Director and will be part of a team of over 30 dedicated Project Managers.  The successful candidate will be encouraged to support and coach younger members of staff.

Responsibilities

  • To manage Commissions through the full project cycle
  • To act as a Client Interface
  • Support business development in the Commercial Sector.
  • Support our Knowledge Management system
  • Development of Briefs & Organisational structures
  • Design Team Management
  • Procurement Strategies
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Risk & Value Management
  • Contract Administration
  • Coaching of Junior staff
  • Working with AD to develop future business

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Professionally Qualified
  • An understanding of the Commercial property market is essential
