We are looking for a MRICS Qualified Senior/Associate Property Management Surveyor with a practical understanding of commercial property and asset management. The ideal candidate will have experience of shopping centre, retail park or high street retail management. The position will be based from the client’s Leeds office but the chosen candidate must be willing to manage property in a variety of locations – not just the Yorkshire region.

The Role and Responsibilities
The company are looking for someone who can assist in the smooth transition of properties into management and ensure the delivery is in accordance with management agreements and that fees under the management agreement are calculated correctly and approved before delivery to the client.
You must have a focus on Income, Value and Net Operating Income, identifying non-core fee opportunities and also ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial reporting.
You must be able to offer support with business development and identify new opportunities for the company and their clients.
The client is looking for someone who can liaise in a professional and diligent manner with clients, acting as a single point of contact in respect of all matters relating to each property and ensuring the company is always acting within its delegated authority in accordance with the business plan and client’s instructions.
