Senior Surveyor – Occupier Management

Our client is a true global property consultancy and, on their behalf, we are currently looking for a Surveyor to join its’ Occupier Management team working within the local Council with their Estates Team which shall also include working form the clients’ London Offices for up to 2 days per week.

Our clients’ Occupier Management team in Birmingham are looking for Senior Surveyor for a Full Time Contract of up to 18 months.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Surveyor who wants the opportunity to work with one of largest accounts. You will instrumental with an ongoing project, so we are looking for someone who is able to work to tight timescales and co-ordinate a changing project.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced contract, so the team are looking for someone that has worked on large and pressurised clients, and who is not afraid to speak up when they need additional support.

You will need to maintain exceptional relationships with your clients – as well as internal and external stakeholders – to help identify optimum solutions for them. With the support of your line manager, you will be delivering on activities and projects outlined by the client within timely deadlines, whilst ensuring the advice you provide is thorough and accurate.

The ideal individual will be someone who comes from a property or estate management background, you will have previously managed the leasing, acquisition and disposition of your own client’s properties.



To be successful in this role, we would like a strong, passionate and dynamic individual, who will also demonstrate the following

  • Degree level estate management qualification or equivalent desired
  • Membership of RICS
  • Up to date knowledge of legislation regarding property management
  • Demonstrable technical competence in Corporate Real Estate
  • Basic IT skills (word-processing and spreadsheets)
  • Industry specific packages (e.g. TRAMPS/PM&A)
  • Likely to possess 2 years plus post-qualification experience
  • General practice background for or within either a corporate, public sector or private practice

  • Basic salary of between £35,000 to £43,000 per annum
