Surveying Executive / Assistant


The Role

A busy and well-respected Property & Asset Management Department of a leading property consultancy is looking to recruit a Surveying Executive to support the delivery of property management services by the surveying team.

The role is to support the delivery of property-management services to clients by the surveying team, including report generation, data management, Health & Safety risk management, insurance administration, and other routine administrative tasks.

In addition, you will provide general administrative assistance to the property surveyors/managers and assist in client reporting on all aspects of property management, including preparation of client pro-forma for instructions.

Skills Required

  • A basic understanding of property management matters including lease structures & service charge accounting.

  • An understanding of property structures a significant advantage·        

  • Good communication, numeracy and literacy skills

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Methodical with proven organisations skills and experience in setting up administrative systems and ability to learn new tasks/systems quickly

  • Experienced detail conscious organiser who has an enthusiastic approach to work

  • Ability to work under pressure, independently, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

  • Excel / Outlook / Word and PowerPoint

  • A level education, ideally
