I am working exclusively with a client who is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor or QS looking for that next step, it is essential you have experience of volume residential projects. You will take full responsibility for all commercial aspects relating to a large scale residential scheme which will present you with challenges and longevity. Working closely with an Assistant QS you will both be responsible for ensuring the commercial efficiency of the project.
