We are looking to appoint an Assistant Facilities Manager, to work across a group of buildings, carrying out maintenance and caretaker duties to the highest standards. You will have good communication skills and be able to liaise with tenants within the group of properties. You will work closely with the reception team, property department and health & safety. Ideally the successful candidate will be a qualified first aider and have fire warden experience, however we can offer this as part of the induction training.
What you will be doing:
Maintain high standards of presentation around the entrance and surrounding grounds to the building as well as all common parts Open and lock up of buildings where required Provide support for meeting rooms and preparing rooms in advance for use Ensure vacant suite checks are performed and suites are maintained to a high standard PPM’s including fire testing, Water temperature Checks and Emergency lighting Ensure the effectiveness of all plant, equipment and fabric to deliver the required Customer Service and Operational Standards Complete regular building standard checks and inspections Monitor and complete jobs

There will be occasional weekend working if contractors need to access the buildings. Ideally the role will be a split shift (opening up duties) then come back in the afternoon to be on site until 7pm. However, this is negotiable.
