Role Overview: The consultant will be responsible for supporting clients in reviewing and achieving compliance in various areas of property management, particularly focusing on health and safety. The role requires building relationships with clients, providing advisory services, and working collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities: The role includes conducting diagnostic audits, health checks, action plan development, risk assessments, supporting recruitment and training, collaborating with data specialists, overseeing external consultants, and more. The consultant will contribute to team growth and business development activities.

Requirements: The ideal candidate should have knowledge of current compliance practices and regulations, a proven track record in residential compliance, relevant qualifications (such as RICS, CIOB, CIHCM), an understanding of the housing sector, strong project management skills, and the ambition to take on challenges and opportunities.
