We are working with an ambitious, growing consultancy looking to appoint an entrepreneurial Associate Director or Director of Quantity Surveying to play a pivotal role in shaping and growing the business.

This is far more than a traditional senior QS appointment. It's an opportunity to have genuine influence over the direction of a business, help shape its strategy, develop client relationships, build a team and ultimately share in the success you help create.

With an established client base, exciting growth plans and the backing of an ambitious leadership team, the foundations are already in place. What we're looking for now is someone with the drive, commercial acumen and ambition to help take the business to the next level.

The Opportunity

You'll have the autonomy to develop and lead a Quantity Surveying offering, working closely with the leadership team to influence business strategy, identify new opportunities and build long-term client relationships.

We are particularly interested in speaking with individuals who:

• Have a strong background within a PQS or construction consultancy environment.
• Are ideally MRICS qualified, with the technical credibility to lead client relationships and deliver projects.
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine appetite for business development and growth.
• Enjoy winning work, developing relationships and building successful teams.
• Want greater autonomy, influence and involvement in strategic decisions.
• May have considered establishing their own consultancy or becoming a business owner, but would welcome the security and support of an established platform.
