We are seeking an exceptional Associate Director-level Project Manager to join a high-performing team based in Liverpool. What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the successful delivery of major capital projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and building long-term partnerships.
- Overseeing project teams, supporting their development, and ensuring best-in-class delivery standards.
- Leading on business development, supporting key bids, proposals, and client growth strategies.
- Driving governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, procurement, and commercial management.
What we’re looking for:
- A degree (or equivalent qualification) in a construction-related discipline such as project management, construction management, quantity surveying, or building surveying.
- Significant project management experience, ideally within a consultancy or client-side environment.
- A track record of delivering projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, defence, commercial, leisure, and regeneration.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in managing budgets, contracts, and risk.
- A collaborative, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.
