We are seeking an exceptional Associate Director-level Project Manager to join a high-performing team based in Liverpool. What you’ll be doing:

Leading the successful delivery of major capital projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and building long-term partnerships.
Overseeing project teams, supporting their development, and ensuring best-in-class delivery standards.
Leading on business development, supporting key bids, proposals, and client growth strategies.
Driving governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, procurement, and commercial management.

What we’re looking for:

A degree (or equivalent qualification) in a construction-related discipline such as project management, construction management, quantity surveying, or building surveying.
Significant project management experience, ideally within a consultancy or client-side environment.
A track record of delivering projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, defence, commercial, leisure, and regeneration.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience in managing budgets, contracts, and risk.
A collaborative, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.
