We are seeking an exceptional Associate Director-level Project Manager to join a high-performing team based in Liverpool. What you’ll be doing: 

  • Leading the successful delivery of major capital projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes. 
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and building long-term partnerships. 
  • Overseeing project teams, supporting their development, and ensuring best-in-class delivery standards. 
  • Leading on business development, supporting key bids, proposals, and client growth strategies. 
  • Driving governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, procurement, and commercial management.

What we’re looking for: 

  • A degree (or equivalent qualification) in a construction-related discipline such as project management, construction management, quantity surveying, or building surveying. 
  • Significant project management experience, ideally within a consultancy or client-side environment. 
  • A track record of delivering projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, defence, commercial, leisure, and regeneration. 
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills. 
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in managing budgets, contracts, and risk. 
  • A collaborative, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.
