About the Role
The Opportunities
Kingsley is acting for a number of well-respected and highly successful regional, national and global real estate consultancy clients, across the UK.
Our clients are particularly looking to appoint suitably experienced, enthusiastic and highly professional RICS/IRRV Qualified Rating Surveyors – at Surveyor, Senior, Associate and/or Director / Partner level, in the Cardiff / South Wales region.
Knowledge & Experience:
- General practice background for either a corporate, public sector or private practice (for more senior roles)
- Valuation Office Agency (VOA) employees welcome to apply
- Rounded experience and demonstrable technical competence of Rating / Business Rates
- Understanding of relevant market and local knowledge
Person Specification/Requirements:
- MRICS /FRICS / IRRV qualified
- Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Highly numerate with the ability to grasp complex investment scenarios
- Organised, focused and high attention to detail
- Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients
- Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment
- Passionate about the Rating / Business Rates sector
- Valid UK driving licence.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: £35,000 to £80,000 per annum (or more D.O.E.)
