Business Rates / Rating Surveyors (Senior - Director)

The Opportunities

Kingsley is acting for a number of well-respected and highly successful regional, national and global real estate consultancy clients, across the UK.

Our clients are particularly looking to appoint suitably experienced, enthusiastic and highly professional RICS/IRRV Qualified Rating Surveyors – at Surveyor, Senior, Associate and/or Director / Partner level, in the Manchester / Liverpool / Northwest region.

Knowledge & Experience:

• General practice background for either a corporate, public sector or private practice (for more senior roles)
• Valuation Office Agency (VOA) employees welcome to apply
• Rounded experience and demonstrable technical competence of Rating / Business Rates
• Understanding of relevant market and local knowledge

Person Specification/Requirements:

• MRICS /FRICS / IRRV qualified
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Highly numerate with the ability to grasp complex investment scenarios
• Organised, focused and high attention to detail
• Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients
• Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment
• Passionate about the Rating / Business Rates sector
• Valid UK driving licence.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: £35,000 to £80,000 per annum (or more D.O.E.)
