About the Role

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded property team in the Northwest, based out of Liverpool.

This role offers the chance to manage a diverse commercial portfolio across industrial, office, retail and leisure sectors, working with a varied client base including both commercial and private clients.

You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team, with the autonomy to take ownership of your portfolio while being backed by experienced colleagues across property management, administration and the wider commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pro-active management of a multi-let commercial property portfolio
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and stakeholders
  • Managing service charge budgets, reconciliations and year-round regimes
  • Presenting service charge budgets to tenants and resolving queries
  • Overseeing building insurance, maintenance and both major and minor works
  • Liaising with building surveyors and managing external contractors
  • Supervising site-based staff where applicable
  • Ensuring full compliance with health & safety and relevant legislation
  • Preparing and delivering regular reports to clients
  • Supporting wider team members where required

About You

  • Proven experience within commercial property management
  • Strong knowledge of the property market and wider business environment
  • Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a busy and varied workload effectively
  • Confident stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • IT proficient (Microsoft Office – Word & Excel)
  • MRICS qualification (desirable, not essential)
  • Full UK driving licence
