About the Role
Director of Commercial Property Management - Oxfordshire, UK
The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial property management professional to take a leading role in the management of a high-profile, large-scale commercial estate in Oxfordshire.
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day property management operation across the estate, leading an on-site team and working closely with the client’s senior leadership team to ensure the highest standards of service, compliance, occupier engagement and commercial performance.
The role would suit an experienced Senior Property Manager, Associate Director or Director-level property professional who enjoys combining hands-on property management with leadership, client management and strategic responsibility.
You will be responsible for leading the property management function across the estate so we are looking for someone with a strong background in commercial property management, ideally gained within a major managing agent, property consultancy, investor, developer or complex commercial estate environment.
