About the Role

This role would suit quantity surveyors with a consultancy background, who are looking to take on a leadership role within a growing advisory firm. The role involves a wide range of responsibilities and will see you working across a range of sectors, both public and private.

The company is a rapidly growing consultancy, seeking an experienced Associate or Director level quantity surveyor to join their innovative team in Liverpool.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities.
  • Establish and lead a new Cost Management team.
  • Ensure project delivery with high quality, within specified timelines and budget.
  • Develop and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Provide expert quantity surveying consultancy services for high-value projects, from inception to completion.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors.
  • Collaborate with candidates to support their progression towards MRICS status.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • MRICS accreditation or equivalent professional qualification.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years at Associate  or Director level.
  • Strong experience in various sectors such as residential, education, manufacturing, commercial, industrial, and healthcare.
  • Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
  • Track record in growing and developing a team.
  • n-depth knowledge of the regional market and strong industry connections.
