About the Role
An established and growing property and construction organisation in the North West is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their commercial team. This is a key appointment as the business continues to secure a wide variety of projects across commercial, workplace, leisure, retail, and mixed-use environments.

Who we’re looking for
We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including:
- Commercial fit-out
- Refurbishment
- General contracting
- Capital projects
- Facilities / maintenance estimating
Fit-out experience is helpful but not essential.
If you have strong estimating skills and experience working in commercial environments, we’d love to speak with you.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates across a variety of project types
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and commercial documents
- Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and assess value
- Support pre-construction, project management, and design teams
- Contribute to commercial risk reviews, value engineering, and bid strategy
- Help improve estimating processes and systems
What you’ll bring
- Estimating experience within commercial construction, refurb, interiors, or aligned sectors
- Strong analytical and commercial skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
