About the Role
We’re working with a well-established practice in Bootle, Liverpool, who are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join them on a freelance basis for an initial 6-month contract.
This role is ideal for a proactive technician with a strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning applications, who is confident working independently and managing their own time.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as an Architectural Technician (ideally 3+ years) Excellent working knowledge of UK Building Regulations Confident preparing and submitting planning applications Proficient in AutoCAD Ability to work on-site when required Full, clean UK driving licence is essential
You’ll be joining a collaborative and busy team, supporting ongoing residential and commercial projects across the region. Immediate start available.
