About the Role

Are you an ambitious Graduate or APC Building Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career? This is a rare opportunity to join a newly formed London-based team within a highly regarded property consultancy, working directly alongside an experienced, professional, and dynamic Building Surveyor who has successfully mentored multiple candidates through their APC to MRICS status.

If you aren’t getting the diversity and experience you need to successfully become Chartered, then this is the role for you.

You will be involved in a diverse range of work, partnering with high-profile brands, major retailers, property funds, and investors, delivering a blend of project-focused and professional building surveying services across the commercial property sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is driven, confident working independently, and eager to progress towards chartership while contributing to the growth of a successful and respected team.

What you will be doing:

Supporting and delivering a range of building surveying instructions across commercial portfolios
Working on both project and professional services, including dilapidations, technical due diligence, and refurbishment schemes
Assisting with project delivery from inception to completion
Gaining hands-on APC support from a chartered mentor with a proven track record of success

What we are looking for:

Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)
Working towards or planning to commence APC
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine passion for property
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
