Our real estate consultancy client has an impressive regional & national client base, industry contacts, and a highly qualified and professional team to become a highly successful and dynamic firm of Chartered Surveyors. Real Estate services include, but not limited to Agency, Development, Management, Building Surveying, Lease Consultancy, Rating and Valuation.

The Role:

A Head of Commercial Agency is required on the following basis:

• To join and lead an established Commercial Agency team – fee earners and administration.
• To deal with private treaty sales and lettings.
• The instructions are a mix across industrial, retail, offices, and other commercial entities.
• To help generate new instructions from both new and an existing client base
• To manage a small niche team of fee earners and administrators

The Candidate:

• RICS qualification is preferred, but not essential.
• Proven track record in Commercial Real Estate Agency. 
• Knowledge of AML regulations & compliance
• Effective and professional technical and communication skills.
• A self-starter who can hit the ground running
• Ability to work within and lead a team.
• Driven, confident, with excellent people management skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to deal with the public, clients, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Keen sense of customer/client service.
• Full UK Driving Licence
