About the Role
The Opportunity
Kingsley is acting for a well-respected real estate consultancy that is looking to appoint an Associate into its’ National Lease Consultancy team - Industrial & Logistics - based out of London.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Lease Consultant with experience within the Industrial & Logistics sector with an enviable list of UK-wide clients – including major REITs, developers, institutional funds and high-profile landlords.
You will work on a wide range of instructions across London and the Southeast, providing outstanding direct exposure to clients and a chance to broaden your knowledge across rent reviews, lease renewals, valuations, development and investment-led advisory work.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake rent reviews and lease renewals
- Prepare and maintain comparable evidence schedules
- Analyse lease documentation and identify valuation-impacting clauses
- Draft quoting rents, Calderbank offers, Memoranda and Heads of Terms
- Accurately assess market rent for industrial and trade premises
- Assist with pitch documents, client reports and expert witness material
- Conduct site inspections, including secure environments, ensuring adherence to H&S standards
- Support business development activities, including effective use of social media
- Manage your own diary and prioritise a varied workload
About You
- RICS qualified, ideally with 4–5+ years’ lease advisory experience
- Industrial & Logistics experience preferred, but not essential
- Strong written reporting skills and confident client communicator
- Market-oriented, commercially aware and committed to delivering excellent service
- Demonstrable experience winning or pitching for new work
- Team-focused, ambitious, and driven to contribute to a top-performing advisory team
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
