Niche / Specialist Valuations – Associate Director / Director

The Opportunity:

Our client is a leading commercial real estate consultancy that is looking to appoint an Associate Director or Director to join a niche Valuation team that has a wide range of clients.

You will join an established national team and be given the ability to further develop your experience in the space of Alternative Valuations.

You shall hold suitable valuation experience to include, but not be limited to the following sectors:

• Trading & Leisure
• Healthcare
• Education
• Hotels, etc

Key Requirements:

Passionate about your career as a valuation surveyor Self-motivated, ambitious and driven to develop professionally. Details orientated. Personable, professional, and presentable

Remuneration includes:

£50,000 to circa £75,000+ salary (D.O.E.) Generous Car Allowance Life Assurance Generous holidays Pension Staff Profit Share Private Medical Cover Etc
