About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Building Surveyor at Partner level to lead and drive forward our established, dynamic team in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and evolving business, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping its future and working across a range of exciting projects in both the public and private sectors.

The Role:

As a Partner-Level Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture
  • Delivering exceptional surveying services to both public and private sector clients
  • Driving business development, managing key client relationships, and identifying new opportunities for growth
  • Providing strategic direction and leadership in all aspects of surveying, from project inception to completion

About You: The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a proven track record in business development and client relationship management
  • Be operating as an Associate or higher
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with experience managing and growing teams
  • Possess extensive experience across both the public and private sectors
  • Show a strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
  • Be a qualified and highly skilled Building Surveyor, with an in-depth knowledge of the latest surveying practices and regulations
