About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Building Surveyor at Partner level to lead and drive forward our established, dynamic team in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and evolving business, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping its future and working across a range of exciting projects in both the public and private sectors.

The Role:

As a Partner-Level Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

Leading a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture
Delivering exceptional surveying services to both public and private sector clients
Driving business development, managing key client relationships, and identifying new opportunities for growth
Providing strategic direction and leadership in all aspects of surveying, from project inception to completion

About You: The ideal candidate will:

Have a proven track record in business development and client relationship management
Be operating as an Associate or higher
Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with experience managing and growing teams
Possess extensive experience across both the public and private sectors
Show a strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
Be a qualified and highly skilled Building Surveyor, with an in-depth knowledge of the latest surveying practices and regulations
