The Company & Role

A highly respected Global Real Estate Consultancy is looking to appoint a Director of Capital Markets to its Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) division, in the UK.

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven professional who ideally possess a detailed understanding of this niche and growing Real Estate Investment sector, who is commercially astute with good business skills and will have a background in investment and/or valuation.  

The Candidate

• An accomplished and driven investment advisor, who excels at developing relationships and effectively positions clients’ interests.
• A proven and trusted figure in the PBSA market with a strong and recognised track record
• Experience within operational assets, development opportunities and forward funding agreements.
• Provide high quality impartial advice to Operators, Developers, Universities, Funding Partners and Lenders in the sector.
• Previous mixed experience within investment, valuation and agency markets, and be a committed team player with a history of delivering results that exceed clients’ expectations.
• Possess competent skills in client liaison, negotiation and recommendation.
• Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills are a necessity.
