This is a rare opportunity to join an exceptional, market-leading team delivering some of the most technically complex and high-value data centre schemes in the UK and across Europe. With a significant secured pipeline and long-term client partnerships in place, this role offers both stability and genuine progression at senior level.

The Role

As Project Director, you will take full ownership of major hyperscale and colocation data centre programmes from inception through to delivery.

You will:

  • Lead large, multidisciplinary project teams
  • Act as the senior client interface for key data centre accounts
  • Drive programme, commercial and risk performance across complex schemes
  • Provide strategic leadership across multiple concurrent projects
  • Support work-winning activity and client relationship development
  • Mentor and develop senior project managers within the team

This is a leadership position requiring strong commercial acumen, technical understanding of mission-critical environments, and the gravitas to operate at C-suite level with global developers, investors and operators.

About You

We’re seeking an established Project Director or Senior Project Manager with:

  • Extensive experience delivering data centre or mission-critical projects
  • Proven track record on large-scale, technically complex developments
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing capability
  • Commercially astute approach to programme and risk management
  • Experience leading high-performing teams
  • Professional qualification (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or equivalent) preferred

Why This Opportunity?

  • Join one of the strongest performing data centre teams in the market
  • Exceptional secured pipeline across London and the South East
  • Exposure to flagship hyperscale developments
  • Clear route to further leadership progression
  • Highly competitive salary and package (DOE)
