This role offers exposure to a varied portfolio of projects ranging from refurbishment and redevelopment schemes through to major new-build developments, working with both public and private sector clients.

The Opportunity

As part of an established and growing team, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion, acting as the key point of contact for clients and leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Projects vary considerably in scale and complexity, offering the opportunity to work on commissions ranging from individual developments through to large-scale regeneration and strategic advisory programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the primary day-to-day client contact and trusted advisor
  • Establishing project objectives, success criteria, governance structures and delivery strategies
  • Managing programme, cost, risk, quality and stakeholder requirements
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams and external stakeholders
  • Advising clients on procurement strategies and project delivery approaches
  • Managing project reporting, governance and communication processes
  • Monitoring project performance and implementing measures to drive successful outcomes
  • Managing change control procedures and ensuring effective project controls are maintained
  • Supporting business development activities and fostering long-term client relationships

About You

We are keen to speak with individuals who possess:

  • Experience delivering construction, refurbishment, regeneration or development projects
  • A consultancy background, either within project management, construction consultancy or a related environment
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • A degree in a relevant construction, property or engineering discipline
  • Professional qualifications such as APM, MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent would be advantageous

Why Apply?

This is an opportunity to join a highly respected consultancy that continues to invest heavily in its people, projects and long-term growth.

The organisation offers a flexible and supportive working environment, excellent career progression opportunities and the chance to work on some of the region's most significant development and regeneration schemes.

Whether you are an established Project Manager seeking greater responsibility or a Senior Project Manager looking to broaden your project portfolio and client exposure, this represents an excellent career opportunity.
