About the Role
Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for your next exciting move? We are working with an established, highly respected Far Eastern business that is setting up operations in the UK. This is a rare opportunity to join the team at the very start of their UK journey and help shape the success of their commercial projects.
About the Role
You will play a key role in delivering fit-out and construction schemes across the commercial sector, including restaurants, hotels, and mixed-use developments. Reporting to the UK Director, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing cost estimates and budgets
- Managing tender processes and procurement
- Valuations and payment applications
- Contract administration and negotiation
- Monitoring project costs to ensure profitability
- Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 3–4 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in commercial, hospitality, or leisure sectors
- Speaks Mandarin fluently (essential)
- Holds a relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar discipline
- Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact
