About the Role
The Opportunity
Kingsley is working in partnership with a full cycle real estate consultancy that is looking to appoint a Residential Property Administrator (Leasehold Sales & Assignments).
The successful candidate shall ensure that enquiries, documentation, fees and post-completion requirements are processed accurately and efficiently, to ensure the leasehold sales and assignments progress at the highest level.
The role acts as the main point of contact for solicitors, clients and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with lease requirements, maintaining accurate records and identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and generate revenue.
Headline duties include:
- Leasehold Enquiries & Pre-Sale Administration
- Lease Reviews & Assignment Requirements
- Post-Completion & Assignment Administration
Knowledge
- Understanding of leasehold property management, property sales and assignment processes.
- Knowledge of conveyancing documentation, including LPE1 packs, Notices of Assignment and Deeds of Covenant.
- Awareness of lease requirements, landlord and tenant legislation and data protection.
Skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong administrative, record-keeping and problem-solving skills.
Experience
- Experience in property management, leasehold administration or a similar property-related role.
- Experience handling solicitor enquiries, preparing property documentation and managing transactions through to completion.
- Experience processing invoices and administration fees
Remuneration:
- Basic Salary £35,000 - £40,000 p.a. (D.O.E.)
