Senior / Associate Valuation Surveyor

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market-leading global consultancy as part of their expanding Scottish Valuation team. We are looking for a Senior or Associate Valuation Surveyor to be based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow, taking ownership of valuation instructions and working closely with colleagues across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality valuation instructions independently, producing concise and accurate reports.
• Collaborate with valuation colleagues, while taking personal responsibility for your own work.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines and corporate standards are met.
• Support the growth of the Scottish valuation business and contribute to wider business development.
• Work in line with RICS Red Book and the firm’s procedures to maintain compliance and quality.

Skills & Experience

• MRICS/FRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer.
• Strong working knowledge of the RICS Red Book.
• Excellent report writing and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Commercial awareness and business acumen with a client-focused approach.
• Strong IT skills, ideally with experience of KEL and Argus Developer (training available).
