About the Role
Are you looking for a fresh challenge where no two days are the same?
We’re hiring a Senior Building Surveyor to join a thriving Building Consultancy team working across manufacturing, commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, and public sector projects.
You’ll enjoy:

- Hybrid working (Manchester-based)
Day-to-day, you'll be involved in:
- Project management and contract administration (small and large projects)
- Building surveys and technical due diligence (acquisition and disposal)
- Project monitoring and defect analysis
- Planned maintenance and remedial works
