About the Role

Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take the next step in your career? You’ll be joining a supportive and talented team, working on a range of high-profile projects across sectors such as urban regeneration, commercial offices, residential, healthcare, education, and defence. This is a role offering genuine autonomy with the chance to manage your own projects, build client relationships, and contribute to the ongoing success of a respected consultancy with a strong reputation for quality.

The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

Leading projects through all stages of the construction lifecycle
Managing client relationships and developing new opportunities
Coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and specialist consultants
Acting as the single point of contact from project inception to completion
Championing excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the team

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in delivering construction projects and managing professional teams
Ideally chartered (MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB) or working toward accreditation
Degree-qualified in a construction-related discipline (preferred, not essential)
Skilled in Microsoft Office and MS Project
A confident communicator with a proactive, adaptable approach
Capable of inspiring trust, building relationships, and delivering outstanding results
