About the Role
THE CLIENT
Our client is an established and well respected multi-disciplined property consultancy that provides expert professional advice across a whole spectrum of commercial and residential property which includes Agency, Management and Professional Services.
THE ROLE
The Valuation Team provides a fast and efficient service and as a result of securing new panel appointments, an enthusiastic senior surveyor or associate is required.
The role is to be located within the Leeds (and/or Manchester) region, and with hybrid working available, duties include:
- undertaking a variety of Loan Security and private client Valuations predominately working on a wide range of commercial assets (office, industrial, retail) as well as other specialised properties and occasionally residential assets
- liaising with relationship managers, brokers and panels on a regular basis, in conjunction with other team members
- developing the Department’s existing and prospective client relationships.
- attending presentations to clients when required
Qualifications
- MRICS Qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
- Highly numerate and proficient in MS Office (in particular, Excel)
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Able to demonstrate market knowledge
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
