THE CHALLENGE

Peel MediaCity, a landmark mixed-use destination in Greater Manchester and part of the Peel L&P portfolio, was entering a period of transformation and growth. To support its evolving strategy and enhance performance across a complex estate, Peel needed to build a high-performing asset management team from the ground up.
