About the Role

The Client:

Our client is a leading national commercial real estate consultancy with a network of offices across the UK. As a business, it works with investors, developers, and occupiers in both the public and private sector, and a service they particularly excel in Valuations.

Advising numerous lenders including high street banks, private banks, insurance companies and challenger banks, they hold an extensive network and are now a market leader in valuation services for loan security. The business also has a noted presence in Alternative Valuations, particularly in the Trading and Leisure space.

The Opportunity:

An Associate Director or Director is required to support the Head of Alternative Valuations. The team have a broad range of clients, particularly in the space of trading and leisure and a long history of covering valuation services for those clients in the Northwest and the wider Northern region. 

This is a great opportunity to work within an established team and to develop your experience in the space of alternative valuations. There is a key opportunity to pick up on client relationships and management where applicable, and to assist on large Asset Valuations.

Example of services includes but is not limited to:

  • Loan Security;
  • Alternatives;
  • Company Accounts Valuation;
  • Diminution in Value; and
  • Fund Valuation.

This opportunity exists for a candidate with suitable valuation experience within Alternative Valuations, which may include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Trading & Leisure
  • Healthcare
  • Education
  • Hotels, etc

Remuneration includes:
