The Opportunity

Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking property consultancy, is looking to appoint an Associate or Director-level Building Surveyor to lead and develop their Building Surveying offering in Winchester.

This is a key strategic hire, ideally suited to an experienced professional who is looking for the scope to shape a service line, build and lead a team, and play an active role in the wider business at a senior level.

The Role

In this role, you will:

  • Take full responsibility for the delivery of both professional and project-led building surveying services across a range of sectors
  • Grow, manage, and mentor your own team, supported by a wider multidisciplinary office and national business infrastructure
  • Lead on client relationships, business development initiatives, and the continuous improvement of services
  • Contribute to the long-term strategic direction and growth of the Building Surveying function in Winchester

About You
