About the Role

This is an exceptional career opportunity, that will allow you to:

Take full responsibility for delivering both professional and project-led building surveying services across a range of sectors Grow and manage your own team, supported by a wider multidisciplinary office and national business Lead on client relationships, business development, and service innovation Play a key role in the long-term strategic direction of the office’s Building Surveying provision

What We’re Looking For

You will likely be an experienced Associate or emerging Director with:

Chartered status (MRICS) A successful track record in professional and project-led building surveying Strong leadership and team development skills A client-focused, commercial mindset Desire to help shape a high-quality, forward-thinking surveying service
