About the Role

The Opportunity

Kingsley is acting for a market leading commercial developer & investment company that operates across the whole of the UK and is looking to appoint an Industrial & Logistics Asset Manager in the Northwest.

With strong in-house development, asset management, property management and facilities management teams, the company is highly competitive in the marketplace, and the Industrial portfolio forms part of its national commercial assets, which also includes offices, retail, and storage facilities.

You will be responsible for driving the performance, value and risk management of an industrial  property portfolio, developing and delivering asset plans, lead leasing and rent review activity, oversee budgets and capital expenditure projects, and work closely with property managers, facilities managers, marketing teams and tenants to maximise income, control costs and enhance long-term value of the assets.

Candidate - Key skills and attributes

  • The candidate should have 3 to 5 years’ experience, ideally in the industrial / warehouse market, within a consultancy or client-side background.
  • A proven track record of marketing and leasing is essential, coupled with strong lease consultancy knowledge and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel
  • An ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to use initiative, and work in a team, and independently
  • Understanding of property investment and development principles and key drivers
