About the Role

The Opportunity:

Our client provides high quality commercial premises to companies across a range of different business sectors, throughout the UK.

A Senior Retail & Leisure Surveyor is required to join a highly successful team, and duties/responsibilities shall include:

  • Own and manage Retail & Leisure tenant accounts within the company portfolio, driving retention and developing excellent relationships.
  • Undertake various tenant accounts including lease renewals, expansions, relocations, rent reviews, relationships (including debt and queries), data management.
  • Create and maintain strong working relationships with retail agents
  • Drive sales enquiries - arrange and undertake viewings.
  • Deliver new lettings on time and on budget.
  • Keep informed of the values and standards within the portfolio.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and departments across the business.
  • Monitor performance and utilise data for trend analysis and insight via internal CRM.
  • Market awareness - utilising networks and relationships to identify trends and innovation.
  • Consider and inform on new development opportunities.

Pre-Requisites

  • Commercial property agency experience, ideally retail/leisure.
  • Newly RICS qualified – or min. 2 years of relevant experience.
  • A strong communicator and professional always
  • You have the ability to gather, analyse and action commercial decisions using customer and industry insight, utilising internal and external systems.
  • Consideration for asset opportunities - including client mix, occupational locations, and development opportunities to deliver higher returns.

Remuneration & Benefits include:

  • Salary – c. £40,000 per annum - subject to experience
