About the Role

The Organisation

The organisation is leading firm of well-respected Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants with a national network that provides comprehensive property advice to public and private sector organisations and their clients, which includes investment and occupational agency, lease consultancy, rating, management, building consultancy and more.

The Position & Team

Due to an increased and quality of workload, our client is recruiting a mix of Senior or Associate Director of Commercial Valuation (MRICS Qualified) to its’ Northwest/Northern Valuation team, which offers hybrid working (level tbc – depending upon experience and seniority).

Responsibilities

  • Work on a mix of loan security and regulated purpose valuations
  • Preparation of valuations and strategic advice to a wide variety of clients
  • Assist in the development of more junior members of the team
  • Responsible to undertake take day-to-day execution of valuation instructions, under minimum supervision.

About You

  • MRICS Qualified & Registered Valuer – 3 years minimum (ideally)
  • Strong technical capability 
  • The ability to efficiently manage your own workload with minimum supervision, dealing with and progressing instructions using personal initiative and professional/technical knowledge. 
  • Planning and prioritising skills to schedule work and ensure its timely completion.
  • Strong drive for results and highly proactive to maintain momentum and complete the task. 
  • A high degree of analytical ability. 
  • Confident in their ability to interact with clients and meet their needs. 
  • Full driving licence. 
  • Well organised with excellent planning, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Good personal and professional manner in dealing with client contacts at all levels.

Salary & Benefits include but are not limited to:

  • Basic Salary: between £40,000 to £60,000 p.a. based on professional experience.
