About the Role
A Consultant Valuation Surveyor (RICS qualified & Registered Valuer) is required for a well-respected and independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, based in Cheshire.
The instructions are a split between both Commercial and Residential valuation work, covering the whole of the Northwest of England.
Client base is longstanding and growing, ranging from individuals to institutions, and the diversity of work is wide, providing an interesting mix. You will form part of a dedicated, and long-standing valuation team.
Qualifications Required
You will need to be RICS Qualified, and a Registered Valuer
Remuneration
- Attractive 50% share split on all fees
