About the Role
We are currently seeking a Director of Building Services, to lead a team of consultants. Due to succession planning, we are looking to appoint a senior level individual, with the drive and determination to grow the Hampshire team.
The firm have ambitious growth plan and have already secured a strong pipeline of work across both the public and private sectors.
This role could suit an experienced Associate, or Associate Director who is ready to progress their career.
You will have full autonomy to develop the team, as well as the opportunity to enhance your own career development.
Requirements
- Degree qualified and preferably Chartered with CIBSE or the IMechE.
- At least ten years' experience in Building Services.
- Good awareness of BIM, Sustainability and MEP overall.
- Previous experience leading a team.
- Previous experience assisting with fee bids and resource planning.
- Able to plan, manage and deliver projects from feasibility to construction.
