About the Opportunity

This is not a replacement role—it’s a strategic growth position created to elevate the consultancy’s project management offering. You will take ownership of a small but established team, providing project management and quantity surveying services across a diverse client base that spans:

• Commercial
• Retail
• Residential
• Hotel & Leisure (a particular strength)

What We’re Looking For

• A proven project management leader, ideally from a consultancy or client-side background
• Strong cross-sector experience, particularly in commercial, hotel & leisure, and high-end residential
• Demonstrable experience in growing teams and developing talent
• Excellent client-facing skills and commercial acumen
• A collaborative, people-first leadership style with a growth mindset
• Ideally chartered (e.g., RICS, MAPM, MCIOB), though equivalent experience will be considered
