  • Establish and lead a new Cost Management team.
  • Ensure project delivery with high quality, within specified timelines and budget.
  • Develop and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Provide expert quantity surveying consultancy services for high-value projects, from inception to completion. Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors.
  • Collaborate with candidates to support their progression towards MRICS status.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • MRICS accreditation or equivalent professional qualification.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years at Associate Director or Director level.
  • Strong experience in various sectors such as residential, education, manufacturing, commercial, industrial, and healthcare.
  • Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
  • Track record in growing and developing a team. In-depth knowledge of the regional market and strong industry connections.
