The company is a rapidly growing consultancy. They are seeking an experienced Associate Director or Director level Quantity Surveyor to join their innovative team in Leeds. This role is part of a new growth strategy and could involve leading the Yorkshire office.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Establish and lead a new Cost Management team.
- Ensure project delivery with high quality, within specified timelines and budget.
- Develop and nurture existing client relationships.
- Provide expert quantity surveying consultancy services for high-value projects, from inception to completion. Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors.
- Collaborate with candidates to support their progression towards MRICS status.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MRICS accreditation or equivalent professional qualification.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years at Associate Director or Director level.
- Strong experience in various sectors such as residential, education, manufacturing, commercial, industrial, and healthcare.
- Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
- Track record in growing and developing a team. In-depth knowledge of the regional market and strong industry connections.
