Kingsley is instructed by a leading national retailer to secure an Estate Surveyor to join its’ national Property department, which may suit someone located within the West Midlands / South Wales / Southwest regions.
The client’s national (and growing) portfolio extends to over 700+ trading stores, and the position will sit within the national Property team, being responsible for various matters including, but not limited to the following
Lease Consultancy - rent reviews, lease renewals, obligations etc. Property Management – operational and non-operational Negotiate consents & permissions Resolution of Landlord & Tenant matters efficiently To be able to make and implement own decisions, balancing risks against benefits for the Company’s long term financial objectives Overlooking Service Charge statements and demands Develop, manage & upkeep of the property database …. and more
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in a similar Estate Surveyor role
- Good negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of commercial leases
- Previous experience in a retail environment
