Residential Property Manager (Client-Side)

The Opportunity:

Kingsley Recruitment is working with a leading and privately owned development company based in the Northwest, UK that is looking to recruit a Residential Property Manager to manage an extensive residential portfolio to the highest standard.

Management Duties include:

• Preparing Service Charge Budgets for new developments
• Handover of new sites with Site Manager
• Sending out tenders for all contracts, reviewing and setting up contracts
• Site inspections (monthly)
• Managing Contractors
• Meter readings (monthly)
• Logging and progressing insurance claims
• Liaising with residents, contractors etc
• Dealing with correspondence/emails etc
• Attend formal Residents Meetings/AGMs
• Preparing replies to pre-contract enquiries for Solicitors on transfers
• Fire Risk Assessment, actions and reports
• Compliance Reporting
• Solicitors’ enquiries
• Managing Building Managers
• Health & Safety Procedures
• S20 to leaseholders
• Managing the Help Desk/Clerical Duties

Previous experience of working in a similar role along with possession of a Full UK Driving Licence are essential.

Remuneration & Benefits include:

• Salary will be £45,000 (D.O.E.)
• Car Allowance/Company Car.
• Statutory pension (4% employee, 4% employer)
