About the Role

The Opportunity:

An Industrial & Logistics Agency Surveyor / Senior Surveyor  is required for a true market leading real estate consultancy, who will join a London based and successful team in  an exciting and thriving sector. This is a role that offers so much variety where you will be involved in transactions from start to finish with excellent exposure to several institutional funds, developers, property companies etc.

What the role involves:

  • Understanding of the Industrial & Logistics market
  • Researching and reporting on the market to clients
  • Site inspections, measuring buildings, conducting viewings and follow up calls
  • Actively marketing industrial accommodation
  • Providing strategic landlord and client advice, implementing transactions
  • Identification of new business opportunities
  • Supporting team members at all levels

You will be working as part of a strong regional team, based in central London, but part of a wider Industrial team across the UK.

Pre-Requisites:

  • Experienced Surveyor / Senior Surveyor
  • MRICS qualified (Non-Qualified candidates with good experience, shall also be considered)
  • A full driving licence.
  • Some agency experience, preferably in the London region market, but not essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal, organisational & time management skills to meet the deadlines and provide great service to our clients.
  • A desire and willingness to develop an expertise in the London Industrial property market, working on some of the most exciting developments in the region.
  • Ability to work as both as a team player in diverse teams and independently.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
