About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to accelerate your career by leading and developing an established Building Surveying team in Leeds, within a successful multi-disciplinary consultancy environment.

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Salaried Partner – Building Surveyor (MRICS) to take a leadership role in delivering high-quality surveying services, managing client relationships, and mentoring a talented team.

With a diverse portfolio across public and private sectors—including residential and housing, education, retail, healthcare, commercial, and insurance—you will play a pivotal part in client development, team growth, and project delivery.

The Role

  • Hands-on delivery of building surveying services
  • Lead projects, coordinating in-house multi-disciplinary design services
  • Manage and grow key client relationships
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members
  • Undertake technical reviews and maintain service quality
  • Support financial forecasting and business development activity

About You

  • MRICS qualified
  • Proven consultancy experience in the Leeds marketplace
  • Commercially minded, with enthusiasm for client development
  • Excellent technical knowledge and delivery skills
  • Strong communicator, confident in client-facing situations
  • Experienced in leading and developing teams
  • Positive, driven, and collaborative approach
