About the Role
The Opportunity
We are working on behalf of a leading global real estate consultancy to recruit a Senior / Associate Property Asset Management Surveyor. Our client advises investors and occupiers across the industrial, office, and retail sectors, managing a diverse range of commercial property assets both nationally, and internationally.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a significant national industrial portfolio, acting as an extension of the client’s in-house team and delivering best-in-class asset and property management services.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants, managing formal landlord and tenant matters including assignments, subletting’s and licence applications for alterations
- Liaise closely with building, facilities and estate managers on day-to-day maintenance, repair and operational issues
- Prepare, set and manage service charge budgets across a predominantly industrial portfolio
- Monitor rental income and oversee credit control in conjunction with dedicated accounting teams
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly client reports and attend client meetings as required
- Identify and pursue asset management initiatives and opportunities to enhance asset performance
Skills, Knowledge & Experiece
- Ideally MRICS qualified
- Proven experience in commercial property management; exposure to industrial assets is advantageous
- Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage workloads effectively and perform under pressure
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within a national or multi-office team
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to use initiative
- Experience using property management systems such as MRi is beneficial but not essential
