THE OPPORTUNITY & CLIENT

Kingsley is working in partnership with a leading UK property consultancy to appoint a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor within their Prime Central London Residential Valuation team. This position offers a rare opportunity to specialise in leasehold enfranchisement and high-value residential valuation advisory, supporting a Senior Director on complex and often high-profile instructions.

You’ll join a respected and growing team known for its expertise in advising institutional and corporate landlords, housing associations, and private clients on lease extensions, freehold acquisitions, and related statutory valuation matters.

The Role

As a Surveyor / Senior Surveyor, you will:

• Provide valuation and negotiation support on leasehold enfranchisement matters and associated residential instructions.
• Undertake valuations for a range of purposes, including secured lending, internal reporting, and taxation.
• Support senior leadership on client delivery while developing your own client-facing responsibilities.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports and analysis, applying multiple methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with other service lines and contribute to the continued success of the Prime Central London valuation offering.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong and ambitious valuer who wants to broaden their expertise in a niche yet highly valuable area of the residential market.

About You

• MRICS qualification (essential) and RICS Registered Valuer.
• Sound experience valuing residential property using comparison, residual, and investment capitalisation approaches.
• Experience or strong interest in leasehold enfranchisement valuation (desirable but not essential).
• Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to produce high-quality reports.
• Client-focused, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated and confident progressing instructions with minimal supervision.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail. Full UK driving licence.
