About the Role
The Opportunity:
A leading commercial real estate consultancy in the Northwest of England is hiring an MRICS Surveyor or Senior Surveyor for its’ Licensed & Leisure team.
The role involves advising on acquisitions & disposals, lease consultancy and valuations, with a focus on various licensed and leisure establishments including but not limited to health & fitness, pubs, bars, restaurants to casinos, leisure schemes and destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lease Advisory: Dealing with lease advisory matters in the Licensed & Leisure and Retail markets.
- Valuations: Assisting in the valuation of Licensed & Leisure properties and portfolios.
- Acquisitions and Disposals: Advising on the acquisition and disposal of Licensed & Leisure premises.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MRICS Qualified: Must be a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
- Lease Advisory Experience: Some experience in lease advisory is required.
- Red Book Valuations: Experience with Red Book Valuations is necessary.
- Skills: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills are a must.
